Fish Furniture Review – North Olmsted Store Our dealings with this store have been excellent. In the past several years, we have re-done the entire house requiring many rooms of furniture. We were open to shopping anywhere in northeast Ohio, but kept returning to Fish Furniture (and sales representative Julie Keron, specifically) over and over. We have always found a wonderful selection, excellent prices, and the highest quality. More importantly, in this era of supply-chain disruptions, Julie has been very helpful in dealing with the numerous issues that have arisen. Her eye for style and outstanding assistance helped us to curate a lovely home.

Great quality furnishings and excellent customer service! My husband and I have been buying from Fish Furniture since we bought our first house in 1990. From our first bedroom set decades ago ,that we still love, to chairs we just purchased this year, we always love the selection here.

They have a beautiful selection of high quality furniture and the store is much larger than it appears from the outside. The two salespeople I've had for different purchases were knowledgeable and helpful. I've bought a sleeper sofa and a credenza/cabinet for a 50" flat screen. I didn't see anything I liked in the showroom for the cabinet and the salesman took me into a storage area for them and we went thru them until I found one I wanted. The store has its own delivery service which was seamless both times. They give you a definite time frame and arrive on time. When I'm in the market for more furniture, I'll be heading to this store.

From the second we walked in to Fish Furniture in North Olmsted we felt welcomed by Mike Jung. He is very knowledgeable and super helpful. Mike took the time to make phone calls to find out the exact answers to all of our questions and double checked everything with our order for accuracy. We really appreciate how honest and thorough he was. Patrick and Chad delivered our couch and recliner. They were wonderful and so careful with each piece even though the couch was VERY heavy. They made sure the electronics on each piece worked completely before they left. We had such a wonderful experience with everyone that we will be back for future purchases!

I just ordered a couch and ottoman through Fish. Roger was the associate, and he is amazing!! Professional, friendly, not pushy, and found me a great deal to get what I wanted within budget. He gave me great options and even had a paint sample of my wall color so we could look at different fabrics against it. It's going to be a few months to get the couch delivered due to the pandemic, but he was very upfront about it and explained the process. He also gave me a recommendation for a carpet store (the next step for my home). Very happy to have ordered through them. My parents have also gotten furniture from Fish and have been extremely happy with it, especially durability. I highly recommend going to Fish and talking to Roger, especially!
